Our heat pump range uses smart, renewable technology to extract energy from the surrounding air of the unit, then utilizes that thermal energy into generating hot water. This method of energy extraction means the heat pump doesn’t have to rely on conventional gas or direct sunlight to provide hot water for your home or business.
EA Heat Pump Series absorbs ambient energy and releases the heat into the water stored in the tank. The refrigerant circuit is a closed system in which the refrigerant circulates as a heat transfer medium.
The evaporator transfers the heat from the air to the refrigerant circuit, and the refrigerant evaporates into a gas.
The compressor compresses the refrigerant R410a, increasing its temperature. The heat is then transferred via a heat exchanger, to the storage water tank. The refrigerant R410a condenses in the process.
R410a flows through the expansion valve in a liquid state with decreasing pressure, thus completing the cycle by being routed back to the evaporator.
The Australian Green Solution’s total service offering means we supply and install your system from end to end. We begin by determining the most effective system for your home, then installing it through to completion.
**Standard Installation COST= $300 excl GST
CFC Free, renewable energy. Extracted from the air. Reducing your energy costs by up to 70%. Saving our environment and your wallet.
Japanese Compressor to provide quiet, trouble free operation
Low impact noise, our custom designed fan module allows for quiet operation and effective water heating.
Very low operating noise. Our unique heat pump design allows for quiet operation.
With a wide operating temperature range this heat pump is made for Australian conditions. It has an ambient operating range from -7°C to +40°C.
Fully approved under the VIC VEU and NSW ESS/IPART schemes, saving you thousands and delivering you saving for years to come.

The hot water system uses Heat Pump technology, which is similar to an air-conditioner or fridge operating in reverse:
• A fan draws in air containing ambient heat, which converts the internal refrigerant liquid to a gas.
• A compressor then pressurises the gas, creating heat, which is then used to heat water inside the tank.
• After heating, the gas reverts back into a liquid the process starts all over again.
You can access the full system brochure and technical specifications.
Unfortunately a gas hot water system upgrade is not an eligible activity under the current Victorian Energy Upgrades regulations.
No problem, our technical team can assist to determine what type of system you have. Contact us via the registration form.
